Our Story
EriThread started in a small embroidery shop in Lagos, Nigeria, where we struggled with the same problems you face every day: double-booked machines, lost payment records, midnight calls from anxious customers, and the constant stress of not knowing if we could deliver on time.
We tried every solution we could find—spreadsheets, generic business software, even pen and paper. Nothing worked. Generic tools don't understand the unique challenges of embroidery: stitch counts, machine utilization, shift scheduling, 80mm thermal printers, and the critical importance of never running out of that specific shade of royal blue thread.
So we built EriThread. Not as a tech company trying to "disrupt" an industry we don't understand, but as embroiderers who needed better tools to run our own business.
